Safetronic Warranty
The manufacturer provides a two year warranty from the time of installation on the functionality and manufacture of SAFETRONIC systems.
For error-free operation, regular annual checkups of the electromechanical security system are recommended, and may be performed at the place of installation or by the manufacturer. The annual control must be confirmed on the back side of the warranty card and is a condition for the recognition of any eventual warranty claim.
The installation of SAFETRONIC in no way affects the vehicle’s warranty.
Any warranty claims within the specified period may be made either via the installation centre or directly at the manufacturer. All repairs, whether in or out of warranty, are performed solely by the electromechanical security system’s manufacturer. The warranty’s validity is dependent on the system’s use for purposes designated by the manufacturer, in an approved model of vehicle and under specified conditions. In the case of any warranty claim, the customer is required to present the warranty, two electronic chips and service card.
This warranty does not cover damages to the electromechanical security system due interference by unqualified personnel or improper usage. Faults due to improper installation are the responsibility of the installation establishment.
